They bring tremendous energy and dedication to their jobs and ensure that the girls receive the best possible all-round education. An outstanding group of support staff contribute professional, technical and vocational expertise to ensure the smooth running of the school and the health and wellbeing of the whole school community.

Strategic leadership of the school is provided by The Board of Governors, whose members bring skills and experience from many walks of life. Together with the girls, the staff and Governors make Northwood College into the vibrant, thriving community that it is.
