Fees
Fees include lunch, loan of text books, stationery and school magazine. Fees and any other charges due should be paid to the Finance Office before the first day of each term. Where monies are not paid on time, an administrative fee of 5% may be added and thereafter a monthly surcharge of 1.5% may be made. As an alternative fees may be paid monthly by Direct Debit. The monthly payment shown includes the Holmwoods Termtime Collections service charge. For full details of this scheme please contact the Finance Office at the College. One term’s notice of the intention to withdraw a pupil must be given in writing, to the Head Mistress. Where such notice is not given one term’s fees in lieu will be payable. DEPOSITS The Acceptance Deposit will be re-paid by means of a credit, without interest, to the final payment of fees or other sums due to the school on leaving.
