Infants (Years 1 and 2)

This is the stage when your daughter moves on to more formal learning. We handle the transition with care to ensure their confidence is maintained. Girls enter Infants in the September after their fifth birthday.

Each class has a Form Teacher and Classroom Assistant.  The classrooms are based in Vincent House, a beautiful Edwardian building, which has been designed to meet the needs of this age group. Each classroom has its own cloakroom and a designated area that fully caters for practical activities. The classrooms are bright, with displays reflecting current themes.

Our Junior School Hall is multi-purpose and is used amongst other activities for Assemblies, Drama and PE. Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 girls also have their lunch in here. There is also a well stocked library.
