Music, Art and Drama

We believe that a fully rounded education is not complete without an awareness and appreciation of culture and the arts. No visitor can fail to notice the array of colourful artwork on display throughout the College. Art, Graphics and Textiles are an integral part of the curriculum and all forms of art are explored in innovative and exciting ways.

Our Performing Arts Centre has proved a tremendous success, enabling Music and Drama to be greatly enhanced through its state of the art facilities. The College has a flourishing music scene - there are formal orchestras, a jazz group, string quartets, two choirs and various ensembles inspired by the girls themselves. Individual and group performances take place in regular recitals and concerts, as well as at our annual House Music Festival.

Dramatic talent is encouraged through frequent performance opportunities, such as the annual House Drama Competition, Drama clubs and regular productions.
