Responsibilities and Privileges

In the Sixth Form, freedom and responsibility go hand in hand. High standards of commitment are expected as are punctuality, courtesy and respect for others. Sixth Formers have more privileges than younger students and are expected to play an influential role in their Houses. During their final year, students have the opportunity to put themselves forward for specific positions of responsibility such as Head Girl, Deputy Head Girl, Senior Prefect and as House Captain or Vice House Captain. Every student is also encouraged to take on some Community Service whilst in the Sixth Form.

There is no uniform in the Sixth Form and you can wear your own clothes. Dress is informal but you will be expected to dress appropriately for the working day and to take a pride in your appearance. On formal occasions students are expected to dress smartly.
